
CEO – William B Wolf III MD
Dr. William Wolf is an experienced physician and entrepreneur who founded and developed a successful multi-state teleradiology company in 1997 in the Mid-Atlantic region, developing 15 MRI centers and working with the major medical equipment companies to lease over $20M in medical equipment. He currently serves as the President and CEO of Royer Biomedical Incorporated in Frederick Maryland.” He was a director at Med-Tel International, a teleradiology company acquired by Parthenon capital. Prior to his business career he was a successful Orthopedic Surgeon in Montgomery County, Maryland, managing his five physician practice and serving during that period as Chief of Orthopedics at a local hospital.
Dr. Wolf is an experienced business innovator, and has participated in the development of Telemedicine in the United States for the past 14 years. He has served as a consultant for Resonex, a start-up Magnetic Resonance Imaging company acquired by GE, as well as numerous insurance companies and other related entities in the medical and Biotechnology fields. He is experienced in financial operations and strategy, and served as CEO of Imagimed, managing strategy and operations while expanding the business to employ over 150 employees with a $21,000.000.00 budget. He has authored numerous research and review articles in the medical literature and has presented at national and international medical conferences, and has served as a clinical instructor at local medical schools.
Dr. Wolf received his undergraduate degree in Biology from Princeton University, his M.D. from George Washington University School of Medicine, and served his orthopedic residency at the Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in New York. He served a fellowship in Sports Medicine in Richmond, Virginia, and returned to the Washington, D.C area for practice, serving on the clinical staff at Georgetown University Hospital and the George Washington University Hospital, as well as directing the Sports Medicine education program at the National Rehabilitation Hospital and the Sports Medicine Department at the Capitol Hill Hospital.

Chief Biochemist – Tatiana Bizikova, M.Sc., RNDr.
Tatiana has worked at RBI since 1999. She has worked on exploration and development of time-release formulations, characterization of performance and determination of stability of pharmaceutical formulations. She has helped optimize processes for incorporation of pharmaceutical compounds into Royer biodegradable polymer matrices, and has collaborated in the development, characterization, and release of new formulations. She also manages regulatory administration and ongoing compliance, working with our Regulatory consultants at SRS International (www.srsinternational.com) to contribute scientific input in the organization and preparation of regulatory documents for submission to the regulatory agencies.
Prior to that, she served as a Research Associate (1993 − 1996) at the Institute of Virology, SLOVAK ACADEMY OF SCIENCES, BRATISLAVA, SLOVAKIA, where she worked on the human tumor-associated protein MN/CA IX as a perspective biomarker for tumor diagnostics and potential therapeutic target. She also served as a Research Assistant (1989 − 1992) at the Cancer Research Institute, SLOVAK ACADEMY OF SCIENCES, BRATISLAVA, SLOVAKIA, where she studied the growth factor expression in tumor cells and worked on evaluation of α2-macroglobulin as a modulator of melanoma cell growth.
